1 Hour per week (4 sessions) = $280/month
This purchase gets you weekly in person sessions, and the following programs written and calculated off of results of your fitness tests from session 1.
Aerobic Fitness
Resistance Training
Nutrition/Diet plan
Flexibility/Mobility
**some trainers would charge $300 for just the assessment and programs. By setting it as a package, this allows the trainer to constantly make the necessary changes and reevaluate progress without worrying about added fees.
